Citrix Engineer

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is seeking a highly skilled Citrix Systems Engineer to manage complex IT infrastructures for critical Department of the Navy systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Citrix technologies, Windows, Active Directory, PowerShell, and/or DNS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or managerial related discipline or High School Diploma or GED with commensurate practical experience
• DoD 8140 IAT Level III certified with Continuing Education (CE) (CompTIA CASP+ CE, CISSP, or equivalent)
• An Active DoD Secret clearance is required to start
• Strong experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops/NetScaler and Windows Server Technologies
• Expertise in managing DISA STIGs, patching, and securing Citrix and Windows environments
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and system management
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
• Strong documentation skills for both technical and process documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
