ReSource Pro is seeking a knowledgeable Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join their growing service delivery team. The Commercial Lines Account Manager serves as the main point of contact and technical expert on a client book of business, working closely with insureds to build strong customer relationships and train junior team members on customer interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3-7 years Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience in a retail agency or service center
- Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Microsoft Office Proficiency - Excel required
- Experience working in Agency Management System required
- Industry designations preferred such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM
- Ability to adapt and succeed within a team-oriented environment
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
