Requirements
- 6–8+ years leading large-scale corporate events, conferences, or trade shows; B2B or SaaS preferred
- Demonstrated success executing multi-day, high-visibility events with executive exposure
- Strong budgeting and vendor negotiation capabilities, including experience managing programs from $50K to $500K+
- Exceptional project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
- High judgment, calm under pressure, and highly organized
