Assistant General Manager

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an Assistant General Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the studio, training and onboarding of new hires, and oversight of the studio's performance. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience, a passion for wellness, and a commitment to five-star customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of management or supportive leadership role experience
• 4+ years of customer-facing experience preferred
• Proven success in sales and team leadership
• Excellent de-escalation and conflict resolution skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns
• Intermediate computer skills
