• Proven experience in training and coaching team members
• Ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, VM and stock management
• Experience in Customer Service and passion for delivering an in-store experience to customers
• Interest in fashion and retail
• Drive to exceed company set budgets and KPIs
