Requirements

• Have a minimum of 1-2 years in a management role in retail
• Proven experience in training and coaching team members
• Ability to exceed set goals and KPIs and drive budgets and targets
• Experience in Customer Service and passion for delivering an in-store experience
• Interest in fashion and retail
