Perception Engineer

Crewline is seeking a Perception Engineer to architect and deploy perception systems for teleoperated and semi-autonomous heavy equipment, operating at the core of the autonomy stack.

Requirements

• 2–10 years of experience in robotics perception, computer vision, or autonomous systems
• Strong foundation in 3D perception, object detection, and sensor fusion
• Experience building real-time perception systems for embedded or edge computing environments
• Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python
• Hands-on experience with sensor calibration, tracking, and multi-sensor fusion
• Comfortable operating in unstructured, unpredictable real-world environments
• Deep passion for robotics, autonomy, and building physical systems that matter
