Job Description
Sauron Industries is a company that protects families and homes with autonomous robots and self-driving cars. We're looking for a Software Engineer, Generalist to help design, develop, and deliver a new way for homeowners to interact with their properties and security systems.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science + 3 years of industry experience, or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent training/experience
- Proficiency in Python for backend development
- Experience building and maintaining end-user applications with React (web) and SwiftUI (iOS)
- Backend service development using Python and RESTful APIs
- Experience with real-time protocols like WebSocket
- Ability to create internal tools and debugging utilities using Python or JavaScript
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable deployment
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
