The Property Manager at Bethel Manor and Winona Shores oversees the daily operations of a 159-unit independent living community, ensuring high-quality property management, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of experience in property management
- Experience with HUD and other affordable housing programs preferred
- Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and property operations
