General Manager

We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the pre-opening mobilisation and ongoing operations of our newest independent retirement living village, Paramount Place.

Requirements

• Significant general operational management experience
• 3-6 years' experience at general management level
• Demonstrated success in launching or mobilising new sites (desirable)
• Ability to build strong resident and customer relationships
• Effective decision-making and stakeholder management
• Understanding of financial drivers and data analysis
• Prioritisation and accountability
• Collaboration and continuous improvement
