Requirements
- Significant general operational management experience
- 3-6 years' experience at general management level
- Demonstrated success in launching or mobilising new sites (desirable)
- Ability to build strong resident and customer relationships
- Effective decision-making and stakeholder management
- Understanding of financial drivers and data analysis
- Prioritisation and accountability
- Collaboration and continuous improvement
