We’re looking for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team at our brand-new luxury retirement village in West Byfleet - a stunning development featuring 190 beautifully designed homes within a vibrant, sustainable community.
Requirements
- Take full ownership of sales activity for the development - from lead management to completion.
- Deliver outstanding customer care, acting as the single point of contact for all prospects.
- Convert enquiries into qualified viewings, reservations, and completions, consistently achieving sales targets.
- Maintain meticulous CRM records and follow processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Build strong relationships with prospective residents and their families, helping them make positive choices about their next chapter.
- Collaborate with the Village Manager and wider team to ensure smooth handovers and an exceptional move-in experience.
- Support marketing events, open days, and local networking to raise awareness and drive interest.
- Uphold RVG’s values, promoting a culture of community, care, and excellence.
