Job Description
At Reusables, we’re driven by a vision of a waste-free world and recognize the urgent need to address the environmental impact of our current systems and habits. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to build strong relationships, drive client success, and ensure seamless adoption of Reusables.com’s platform and services.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled business.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, empathy, and strategic thinking.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms.
