Job Description
The Client Efficiency Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and service quality across healthcare enrollments, implementation, and client engagements. This role partners with client stakeholders, clinical teams, and internal operational leaders to enhance performance, optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of healthcare operations experience in revenue cycle or healthcare banking.
- 3+ years in operational excellence, process improvement, or transformation leadership roles.
- 3+ years healthcare enrollment background or related experience
- Experience working directly with healthcare providers, payers, or health systems.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale performance improvement initiatives.
