Maintenance and Reliability Manager

Manages maintenance execution, equipment reliability, and capital improvement across manufacturing operations. Creates a strategic engineering focus on plant reliability while ensuring effective planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering leadership in heavy manufacturing
• Strong working knowledge of reliability centered maintenance, predictive maintenance techniques, and maintenance management systems in a lean manufacturing environment
• People leadership experience 5+ years and strong interpersonal skills
• Safety experience, knowledge and application
• Problem solving capabilities and analytical abilities
• Business acumen and financial analysis skills
• Experience in statistical methods of Reliability analysis (Barringer, Weibull) is strongly preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Project Management and Execution Experience
