Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Revere Plastics Systems is seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician to repair, develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods. The role involves troubleshooting hydraulic and electric machines, robots, and secondary equipment, as well as maintaining plant infrastructure and adhering to safety standards. Requirements

• Responsible for repair and maintenance of all plant equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
• Follow safety standards and procedures according to OSHA and ANSI regulations.
• Read and understand PLC ladder logic for troubleshooting and making minor program changes.
• Develop and manufacture poke-yoke/alarm systems, where applicable.
• Read and understand PLC ladder logic for troubleshooting and making minor program changes.
• Assist with new product launch.
