Electrical/Control System Engineer III

We are seeking a skilled Electrical-Control Systems Engineer III to join our Engineering Team. In this role, you’ll bring automated systems to life—from design to programming to on-site commissioning and troubleshooting. As our Electrical-Control System Engineer III, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and testing of electrical control systems across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in automation design, programming, startup, service, or commissioning roles.
• Proficiency in PLC/HMI/SCADA systems such as Rockwell (Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View), Siemens, Schneider, GE, VTScada, Ignition, etc.
• Strong understanding of industrial networks: Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP, serial protocols, and wireless communications.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, single-line diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Field-ready attitude, with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.
• Comfortable working in industrial, municipal, or water/wastewater environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
