Job Description
Revolution Medicines is seeking a Clinical Operations Professional to oversee contract research organization (CRO) activities and clinical trials. This role focuses on strategic oversight, operational management, and team leadership within the clinical trial lifecycle. The position requires a strong background in clinical oncology drug development and experience with FDA regulations and GCP guidelines.
Requirements
- Adhere to Clinical Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) Guidelines
- Oversee the successful management of all aspects of clinical trials within timelines and designated program budgets.
- Lead team meetings and collaborate with other functional groups within the company.
- Ensure clinical trials maintain an inspection readiness state throughout the lifecycle of the trial.
