Job Description
Revolution Medicines is seeking a passionate Clinical Pharmacologist to join the Nonclinical Development and Clinical Pharmacology (NDCP) Organization. This role involves providing strategic insight, technical leadership, and participating in regulatory interactions to guide the Phase 2 selection of pivotal study doses. The position requires experience with quantitative modeling, regulatory requirements, and collaboration with CROs.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Pharm.D (with Fellowship)
- 8+ years of industry experience in Clinical Pharmacology
- Experience with small molecules oncology drug development
- Familiarity with FDA's Project Optimus guidance
- Well-informed in regulatory requirements
- Hands-on experience with WinNonlin and Clin Pharm study designs
- Strong understanding of DMPK, CMC and Toxicology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and team player with high energy
- Prior management experience
