Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company seeking an Executive Director, Commercial Excellence, Data and Digital, Europe to lead the commercial infrastructure for our data-driven European launch.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as biotechnology, life sciences, or business administration
• Minimum of 15 years of experience within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry in market development, marketing, commercial excellence, product planning, or commercial strategy, with a focus on oncology or related indications
• Experience successfully launching and commercializing products in European markets
• Ability to quickly understand complex markets, disease states, competitive landscapes, and relevant market dynamics
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, significant project management capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in fast-paced, innovative, clinical-stage biotech organizations
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed
