Job Description
Revolution Medicines is seeking an Executive Director of AI/ML Research & Scientific Computing to lead the development of AI/ML strategies for precision oncology. The role involves defining the AI/ML strategy, overseeing implementation of advanced analytics, and building a world-class team. It will focus on unlocking data insights for early discovery and pipeline acceleration, influencing early design innovation and strategic portfolio decisions.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Masters degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Physics, Math, or related scientific discipline with over 15+ years’ experience.
- Expertise in a wide variety of AI/ML-based computational techniques and adapting ML workflows.
- Deep understanding of deep learning, reinforcement learning, and generative models.
- Expertise in frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow and GPU training.
- Proven track record of deploying AI/ML solutions at scale.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
