Maintenance Technician

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field strongly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or processing environment
• Proven experience with automated manufacturing systems, PLCs, robotics, and industrial control systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment drawings
• Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools, hand and power tools, and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Availability to work nights, and weekends, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule as required
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic math for inventory and maintenance reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks for 8–12 hour shifts in an industrial setting
