Revolution is hiring a Production Shift Supervisor for 2nd Shift in Shelbyville, TN. The role involves promoting plant safety, quality, and team performance, and requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Five-year supervisory experience preferred
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work weekends and/or shift work with a strong work ethic and employment history
- Self-motivated individual that can multi-task and lead others
