Requirements

• Completed training as a butcher or slaughterer, primarily in the food retail trade, or a comparable training
• Several years of experience in the meat/delicatessen trade are a plus, but also welcome as a direct entry after training
• Funded product knowledge
• Responsibility, service competence and customer friendliness
• Self-sufficiency, enthusiasm and team and communication skills
