Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience within the ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health field.
- Proven ability to actively source candidates rather than relying solely on job postings.
- Experience recruiting roles such as BCBAs, RBTs, Behavior Technicians, or other clinical staff preferred.
- Strong skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to meet recruitment targets.
