Job Description
Rezilient Health is seeking a Practice Administrator to support the daily operations of a provider practice. The role involves managing schedules, ensuring compliance, providing excellent patient care, and supporting the development of clinical and administrative teams. The practice operates on a hybrid model, utilizing a provider to provide virtual consultations and the medic as their partner for a thorough physical assessment.
Requirements
- Develop and manage provider schedules in partnership with NPs and MDs.
- Ensure timely provider licensure, certification, and credentialing.
- Oversee provider policies, procedures, and onboarding programs.
- Evaluate and monitor KPI progress.
- Identify and report trends for continuous quality improvement.
- Provide direct supervision and performance feedback.
