Job Description
Rezilient is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead and scale their technical organization, managing all facets of engineering, from cloud architecture to data engineering. The role focuses on aligning technology with clinical operations and organizational growth, with a mission to reimagining how primary and specialty care are delivered. This is a key position within the senior leadership team, focusing on building scalable and reliable systems that enable innovative and efficient care delivery.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of progressive software engineering experience
- 3+ years in senior leadership roles (Director, VP, or equivalent)
- Expertise in Agile Development Framework & Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Expertise in Javascript/Typescript for React applications
- Expertise in Node.js/Express, AWS cloud architecture
- Deep familiarity with healthcare technology, EHR/EMR, interoperability, and compliance
- Experience implementing and scaling integrations for labs, imaging, prescriptions
- Experience integrating AI into software development
- Strategic and hands-on approach with a builder's mindset
- Excellent communicator and mentor
- Strong understanding of data architecture and management
