Mechanical Engineer - Mobile Hydraulics

RFA Engineering is seeking an experienced mechanical engineer to work on the design and development of hydraulic components and systems for mobile equipment. The selected candidate will work with an experienced engineering staff using state-of-the-art engineering tools and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in machine design and hydraulic systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly
