Mechanical Engineer - Product Design and Validation

RFA Engineering is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to support product improvement and manufacturing support activities for industrial components and systems. The selected candidate will work with an experienced engineering staff using state-of-the-art engineering tools & processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering documentation
