Requirements
- RMN qualification with Band 6+ experience
- Experience working with young people with complex mental health and neurodiversity
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and therapeutic risk management
- Ability to build and maintain therapeutic relationships with young people and families
- Confident communicator with excellent clinical documentation skills
- Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel across Lancashire sites
