Clinical Nurse Specialist (RMN)

Join us as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (RMN) and help shape the future of mental health care for young people in Lancashire. Deliver specialist assessments and interventions, provide support and training, and contribute to service development.

Requirements

• RMN qualification with Band 6+ experience
• Experience working with young people with complex mental health and neurodiversity
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and therapeutic risk management
• Ability to build and maintain therapeutic relationships with young people and families
• Confident communicator with excellent clinical documentation skills
• Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel across Lancashire sites
