Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years experience in an IFA or financial services administration role
• Understanding of investment and pension processes
• Competence using industry systems (e.g., back-office platforms, provider portals) and Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• An organised, structured mindset with a commitment to client service
