Sales and Business Development Manager

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join their UK subsidiary. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in representing and expanding their internationally successful brand within the UK market, while also maintaining and maximizing opportunities with existing UK clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and business development& B2B sales, preferably in an international context.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics in the mechanical manufacturing market and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Office attendance Monday to Friday in a Nottingham based office & willingness to travel as required.
• English language is a must and Italian language skills are a big plus.
