Job Description
RH Hospitality is seeking a Director of Hospitality Events to champion the growth of their events business at Aynho Park. This strategic leader will cultivate relationships, expand brand awareness, and oversee event execution, ensuring unforgettable moments for guests. Collaboration with the Restaurant and Gallery teams is crucial for establishing Aynho Park as a premier destination.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in private event sales and execution, preferably in luxury hospitality or fine dining environments
- Proven success in developing high-end events and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Strategic thinker with ability to build partnerships, identify new opportunities, and elevate brand presence
- Hands-on approach to event execution, commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Knowledge of the local market landscape and competitive set
- Experience with event management systems such as Tripleseat or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Adobe, and Google Suite applications
