Job Description
RH Hospitality is expanding its portfolio of restaurants and aims to create a blended home and hospitality experience. The Line Cook will be responsible for executing elevated guest experiences, maintaining high standards of execution, and fostering communication within the culinary team. They will ensure consistent execution and contribute to efficient service.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related culinary experience in a fast-paced full-service restaurant
- Advanced knowledge of food safety regulations
- Legal authorization to work in the country
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing and walking for 8+ hours or extended periods
- Adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
