Job Description
RH Hospitality is seeking an experienced Hospitality Leader to cultivate service and operational excellence in restaurants. The role focuses on developing talent, refining systems, and creating unforgettable experiences for guests and team members. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, passionate leader committed to elevating both people and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or equivalent
- Expertise in leading financial performance (labor, food costs, inventory, resource planning)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Inventory Management systems, Micros Point of Sale (or equivalent), and email communication
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Legal authorization to work in the country applying
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
