Job Description
RH Hospitality is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sous Chef to lead a culinary team and contribute to the success of their businesses globally. The role involves creating world-class guest experiences, driving business growth, and upholding high quality standards. The Sous Chef will partner with the Executive Chef and contribute to kitchen operations, staffing, and financial management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of previous Sous Chef experience
- Proven ability to manage financial performance
- Expertise in computer systems (Microsoft Excel, Foodager)
- Advanced culinary expertise
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
