Behavioral Health Licensed Clinical Professional / Alamance Behavioral Health Office

We are hiring for a Behavioral Health Licensed Clinical Professional to work in our Alamance Behavioral Health Office. The successful candidate will provide mental health services to individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and substance use challenges. The role involves supervision of an interdisciplinary team, providing evidence-based individual therapy, and facilitating relationships between treatment teams, individuals, and their support networks.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Valid licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare in the state of North Carolina or Associate license that will be fully licensed within 30 months
• Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with behavioral health issues
• Employee supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance
