We are hiring for a Certified Nursing Assistant II / NA II to join our team at RHA Health Services. The position involves administering medication to supported individuals, monitoring for adverse reactions, and maintaining detailed records. Requirements
- Administer medications to supported individuals according to prescribed dosage, route, and frequency
- Monitor supported individuals for any adverse reactions or side effects to medications
- Maintain detailed records of medication administration
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate individual care
- Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to medication administration and individual safety
