Job Description
We are hiring for a Direct Support Supervisor position at RHA Health Services. The role involves supervising employees, managing residential homes, and providing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- One year of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities
- Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license
- CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification (a plus)
