Job Description
We are hiring for a Group Home Supervisor / PAHrtners Deaf Services position at RHA Health Services. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate activities of Direct Support employees, manage operations of 1-3 facility/facilities, and provide a safe and healthy environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and/or substance use needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed
- Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs. and provide CPR after certification
- CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus
- Must be at least 18 years of age
