Job Description
We are hiring for IDD Lead Group Home Program Manager. The job involves performing administrative, training, and personnel functions. Conducts unit investigations and coordinates quality assurance system. Supervises IDD Residential Team Leaders and Direct Support Professionals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed
- CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification (a plus)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
