Job Description
The Machine Operator II will operate a PLC in the Water Heater Division in Montgomery, AL. Responsibilities include material loading, tank alignment, equipment adjustments, preventive maintenance, and assisting with major repairs. They will maintain quality standards and work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Operate/monitor a PLC
- Use a Human/Machine Interface (HMI)
- Manual material loading from floor and part bins
- Material orientation
- Tank alignment
- Routine preventative maintenance
- Minor equipment adjustments
- Minor adjustments
- Assist maintenance with major repairs
- Make minor adjustments and sets up equipment
- Follow written or verbal instructions
- Maintain good housekeeping
