Job Description
Rhino Entertainment is seeking a Finnish Speaking - Operations Agent to support players across all brands in both Finnish and English. Responsibilities include KYC processing, fraud detection, managing withdrawals, VIP account support, and process improvements. This role involves proactive monitoring of fraud and customer issues, ensuring a high-quality player experience and operational integrity.
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken Finnish and English
- Previous experience in iGaming operations, payments, KYC, or fraud/risk roles (highly preferred)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
