Job Description
Rho is seeking a GTM Recruiter to drive a world-class hiring operation across sales, marketing, and customer teams. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of recruiting experience in GTM functions and a strong track record of closing candidates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in GTM functions like sales, marketing, customer success, or partnerships at a high-growth startup
- Strong track record of closing candidates and modeling operational excellence
- High ownership and accountability
- Exceptional communication
- Comfort with ambiguity and stretching beyond your scope
- Strong knowledge of the NYC and/or SF GTM talent market and how to reach its best
- Fluency with our tech stack (Linkedin, Notion, Slack, Google, Zoom; Ashby and Juicebox experience highly preferred)
