Job Description
Rho is a fast-growing all-in-one banking platform seeking a Strategic Finance Manager. This role is critical in shaping the company's financial strategy, encompassing financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and supporting business operations. The Manager will report to CFO and focus on driving company-wide decision-making and financial discipline.
Requirements
- Drive company-wide decision-making with data precision and strategic analysis
- Manage corporate model, financial KPIs, and sales/G&A forecasts
- Produce materials and financial presentations to leadership team
- Serve as operational finance partner to business teams
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Assist the Executive Team on Board communications
- Play a key role in the annual budgeting process
- Provide monthly financial reporting and insights
- Support capital markets and fundraising
