Job Description
Rhythm is seeking an Area Development Manager (ADM) for the Northwest region to support Bardet-Biedl syndrome (BBS) and Hypothalamic Obesity (HO) to targeted physicians. This role involves creating and delivering disease education, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining CRM data. The ideal candidate will possess experience in rare diseases and a passion for transforming lives through innovative therapies.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in science or business preferred
- 6+ years of specialty pharmaceutical and/or biotech sales or other field experience
- Rare disease experience strongly preferred and launch experience preferred
- Proven track record of consistent performance in complex markets
- High level of commitment to ethical and compliant behavior
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, highly energetic individual
- Strong critical thinking skills
- High level of organizational and operational skills
- Ability to travel up to 80%
