Rhythm is a global biopharmaceutical company seeking a Hospital Affairs Lead to work in Spain, responsible for sales of IMCIVREE, a medicine for rare MC4R pathway diseases. The role involves developing partnerships with healthcare professionals, payers, and stakeholders, and driving growth in line with expectations.

Requirements

• Academic degree in science or economy, with MBA or PhD preferred
• At least 5 years sales experience in the pharma/biotech industry in Spain
• Experience in orphan/specialty sales, building relationships with key stakeholders, and facilitating referral pathways
