Job Description
We're hiring an Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO and co-founder, supporting the CEO's calendar, communications, and operational rhythm, and taking on strategic projects that directly impact the business.
Requirements
- ~5 years as an EA or operations lead supporting a C-level executive at a tech startup or high-growth company
- Experience coordinating across distributed teams and time zones
- Comfortable with tools like Notion, Slack, Linear, Google Workspace, and modern collaboration platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented
- You'll have access to highly sensitive information—financials, strategy, and personnel decisions
