Product Manager

Rhythms is building an AI business execution system to enable enterprises to become AI-native. As the first PM hire, you'll work with the founder to execute product plans across the entire platform, touching everything from writing specs to conducting user research.

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience as a PM, ideally at early-stage startups or in ambiguous environments
• Shipped products where you had to figure out what to build, not just execute a roadmap
• AI-First Mindset: lead with AI in how you work and think about product
• Technical Fluency: understand enough technology to have intelligent conversations with engineers
• Customer-Obsessed: drive to solve customer problems, comfortable being customer-facing
• Owner mentality: don't draw boundaries around your job, figure things out with limited resources and ambiguous direction
