Richards Industrials/Colesco is seeking a driven and experienced Applications Engineer to join our growing team in Cincinnati. The successful candidate will work with customers and end users, solving real-world challenges, and working collaboratively with suppliers and internal departments to deliver superior service and innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 4 to 7 years of prior experience as a sales engineer
• Strong mechanical comprehension
• Exceptional communication skills
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
