As a Recovery Navigator, you'll guide individuals toward recovery, offering tailored support and coordinating services for their well-being. The role involves managing a caseload, devising and implementing recovery and treatment plans, and promoting individuals' progression from initial engagement to self-sustained recovery.
Requirements
- Substance misuse background
- Mental health background
- Criminal justice background
- Relevant academic background such as Criminology, Psychology, Law or Sociology
- Strong portfolio of volunteering in a similar role
- Case management experience
